  • Reviewing Deal Room access requests
  • Sending NDAs and processing approvals
  • Reviewing deal submissions for potential listing
  • Scheduling meetings or follow-ups

  • Internal evaluation and record-keeping

We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercially share your information.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is securely stored using Google Cloud infrastructure, which provides enterprise-grade security, encryption, and redundancy. We take reasonable administrative, physical, and technical precautions to safeguard your information.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share your information only with:

  • Internal FYM team members
  • External partners necessary for NDA processing, document handling, or communication
  • Capital partners only after your NDA is executed and only with your explicit consent

We do not share information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

5. POPIA Compliance (South Africa)

For South African users:

  • You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
  • We process information only for legitimate business purposes.
  • You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to lawful processing requirements.
  • We do not transfer personal information outside South Africa unless adequate safeguards exist.
